What's going on DigitalPoint, I'm Omar. 1) I'm really new to this, and what I wanted to know about affiliate marketing is there a good way to get it going. (I'm not saying how do I get $800 by tommorow morning because that might be impossible) Basically, what do you all else use to make money online? 2)If I do make a few bucks on the internet, how do I get payed in real cash? By the way, this is a cool community you guys got going here, hopefully I'll feel right at home.
You have to do a lot of reading before asking such a general question like 'how do I make money?' . That is basically what this whole forum is about, lol! if you can create a website, do that and monetize with adsense. then write articles to post back - there's one way.
Just look around dp, you may get the answer. To work with affiliate marketing, you need to join an affiliate network and pick a product or an ad to promote, writing articles, buy ppc ads to get traffic of it. This is a way that many affiliate marketers come through.
1) There are many ways to make money online. You can start my promoting other peoples products, just start of by joining affiliate networks like clickbank, cj, etc. Lots on info on this thread to help you choose what products etc to start promoting. 2) Every affiliate network is different. But usually you can receive payments by check, wire transfer, or paypal.
Go to Microworkers and start doing small todo jobs there. They pay via Paypal, Moneybookers, Alertpay and USD checks. You'll need to make good site, to get started with Google Adsense or Affiliate marketing. Make one really good site, bring genuine visitors and then apply. There are many affiliate programs.
That sounds like a good start for me, I'm going to try clickbank. And checks sounds nice, I'm going to have to learn how to cash one soon.
