no why any one will pay you for registering for your own website you mut have big content website to ue cpalead + their offers payout are very small they RAnge from 0.1$ to 2$ but yes cpalead is good for any one have a big site which have alot of content like movies and sport and games and books and these type of stuff their gateway is effective but need alot of traffic
you could get an opt-in email list going. People pay good money for that. If you don't want boxes, try something else like PPC. You can get in-text ads that convert fairly well.
