This is basically the start of a female character in my Mo Mo Monsters game. Any comments or suggestions are welcome
She's alright as she is, I think the idea is that she's a cute character who will appeal to kids. Although if it is kids you are designing her for, you might want to make the green hair just a little brighter and the colours in general a touch more candyfloss. She looks very retro, like something out of a 1995 computer game. Is she meant to be low-res, like a character for mobile or online games?
No she isnt ment to look like a low resolution character, I dont think she fits the definition of low resolution.
What for she need to be hot? the games world is plagued with hot girls, so the graphics suggest a hot girl has nothing to do there, and indeed kids-friendly. BTW, your game is looking great.
I think it's great. I'm no graphics expert, in fact I suck at graphics, but I am a firm believer that storyline, playability and fun factor define a game over graphics. I'm actually sick of the complexity and "reality" of gaming and am hesitant to purchase the XBox360 or PS3 (Yes, I know it's not out yet). I ebayed myself a sweet top-loader NES. Up, down, left, right, A, B, Select Start......that's it. I don't know, maybe I'm starting to get old and people don't appreciate a game like "Dragon Warrior 3" or the original "Zelda". Anyway, I'm actually curious in what language your game is being programmed in. Are you the only programmer/designer working on the game? If so, keep up the good work. You've got great talent if you're handling both, and even if you're not. Anyway, I know I'm rambling, so, one more time, good job. -boxer126
Yawn, why does it always come down to that? Anyway, when I saw her I thought she looked cute and I'd be interested in seeing the game for my kids.
hotter would be a plus... but she is really good if you are going for a cross gender multi age group game
