How do you housekeep your PC? 1st- empty the recycle bin, 2nd- clean the browser cookies, then follow by browser history, after that delete temporary file and … …

Arrrrhhhh, a lot of thing to do (*o*). Here I recommend a faster and easier way for you to housekeep your PC.

A freeware called CCleaner may help you on housekeeping task. CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it’s fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!

Basically, it help to clear up the following items:

    Internet Explorer
-Temporary files, URL history, cookies, Autocomplete form history, index.dat.

    Firefox
-Temporary files, URL history, cookies, download history.

    Opera
    -Temporary files, URL history, cookies.

    Windows
-Recycle Bin, Recent Documents, Temporary files and Log files.

    Registry cleaner
-Advanced features to remove unused and old entries, including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, Invalid Shortcuts and more… also comes with a comprehensive backup feature.

    Third-party applications
-Removes temp files and recent file lists (MRUs) from many apps including Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, MS Office, Nero, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip and many more…

    How it works?
    1) Start the CCleaner application at the first place, then click on the ‘analyse’ button will get the program racing through your machine’s folders looking for files that can be removed.

    2) Once the program has completed its scan you’re given the option of deleting the files or going back and fine-tuning your scanning options.

I managed to clean up to 812MB space when I did my 1st housekeeping task with CCleaner (too many ‘rubbish’ in my PC, hahaha ).

It's be less risky to bet your life savings on the Cubs winning the next 3 world seriues than it would be to install crap from some spammer making his 3rd post.
