Suggestion A False Negative Thread here destroying our company's reputation

    One of our clients created a negative thread regarding our company here in DP a couple of months ago due to a delay in his order.

    The issue has been resolved and client was actually very satisfied, he reported the thread for removal a couple of times but I guess moods did not take the required attention to remove this thread per OPs request.

    I have also reported this thread myself a couple of times and even PMed MODS here but all the thread creator's and my requests were completely ignored. It has been over 6 months, and this thread (due to the power of DigitalPoint) has actually claimed high rankings in Google and is negatively affecting our business.

    I had no choice but to open this thread here to bring attention to this matter.

    Kindly, remove this thread as this issue has been resolved as the OP stated in the thread itself. (Me and OP tried all the options to get this thread removed, in vain)

    Well, I will try to make this short and fast:

    1) The creator of this negative thread himself requested this thread to be closed as his matter got resolved and he was totally satisfied.
    Me, as the owner of the company being discussed also request this thread to be closed down since this thread is negative to our company.
    Since you have both sides requesting thread deletion, your action as a moderator to this matter is truly appreciated.

    2) The Rules state the following in the "Things that are not allowed:" :
    Do not create threads that make accusations against other members. Use iTrader, reputation, or post your feedback in the transaction thread.
    This thread is definitely breaking that rule!

    3) The Rules also state the following:
    Personal attacks against people, or sites will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with someone or their site, take it up with them personally.

    4) Last but not least. The thread was posted in the wrong section "Services Section". I do not want to emphasize on this but thought I would mention that too.

    Looking forward to a prompt resolution from any sincere moderator here on DP by deleting this thread.

    DP won't and shouldn't get involved in your personal deals. Why should DP mods spend time deleting threads because you two have had a fight?
