A Domestic Crocodile

    but i think some people keep tigers and lions for pets though they are wild animals. some peopel rare snakes too.
    i just wanted to know if the crocodile petting has been done before.

    It won't be domesticated unless you breed them to be docile for 1000 years. You could keep it as a pet if you have the right liscences, enough space, enough protection etc. My Aunt kept a salt water crocodile for a while. Depending where you are, there may be a crocodile farm nearby that will accept trade-inns when they grow too big.
