Is it true that I have to wait 2 months after registering a domain until I resell it?

I think you can resell it any time you want. But you the new registered domain name can only be transfered after
60 days.Within these days, you can't even change the domain information.

    Bullshit.

It's ICANN's policy to allow registrants change their contact information any time they bloody well please.

As for not being able to transfer - yes, some registrars have rules against transferring domains to another registrar (GoDaddy has it set on 60 days) - however, you are still free to sell your domain, as long as the buyer has (or is willing to open) an account with the same registrar.
