A Domain Name I want expires 25 Aug.

    Will it be available 12:00am on the 26th or is there a holding period where the owner still has a change to claim it?

    What is the best way to make sure I get it if it does expire?

    Domain owners have 30 days to renew the domain even if it expired, I have personally renewed domains at the last moment so nothing can guarantee that the domain will actually drop.

    75 days after the expiry date, a domain will be available the public for re-registration.
