    You may register domain name at any domain registrar and make it redirect to your blog -

    such as:

    dynadot.com
    name.com
    godaddy.com

    Hi There,

    You can actually do this right in your dashboard of your blog. Just do the following.

    settings -> Publishing -> and right around the area that states "your domain" look for purchasing one. They will do the rest for you. Very nice route to get your own domain.

    Register a domain name and change it's CNAME to "ghs.google.com" without the quotes.
    now go to your blogger settings > publishing > custom domain > enter your domain and click save. that's it!
