a domain i want expired in april...

    yes, please search this forum ,there has been many threads about this. It is released about 75 days after expiry date, but it can go on auction with registrar directly before this happens.

    If you badly want the domain, monitor the domain. Registrar normally put it on auction first then check weather someone has back order the domain. Its after that they release the domain.
