A domain has expired but I can't register it?

    I've been searching for domain names on GoDaddy.com and I came across a few that have expired yet it says they're taken. Can someone explain what's going on?

    Here's the info

    Creation Date: 04-feb-2007
    Expiration Date: 04-feb-2008

    Hello

    Usually when domain names expire , after 1 or 2 milliseconds they are caught by companies like Snap Names so its almost impossible for you to register it (unless you purchase it from Snap Names)

    you need to visit the registrar who it was last registered with and out it on backorder with them...if its worth anything expect to pay anywheres bet 1 - 5k for a good drop name
