I don't know if your planning to add more to the header, but as of now I think its a little plain. Perhaps add the search bar to the upper right corner?

Also, what script is that your using? and the other language? lol

Interesting idea, more of a personal bookmark site than a traditional directory for third party submissions, if I understand.

Other than fancier font, what you suggest on the header? A search bar for searching on the site itself is in the plan of future enhancement.

You are right. It is a web site directory of a collection of personal bookmarks. The home page of a registered user is a list of his/her personal bookmarks.
