Are there any Free Directory Auto Submitters that by filling out one form, would submit my Site to a lot of directories, like a Search Engine Submitter? If so what is the best one?
There aren't many fully auto ones, because alot of directories require captcha. But a good semi automated one is submitter bot. You fill out the info and you just have to enter the captcha for each site. And it submits to the sites

I tried a manual submission service once, but they used some kind of auto submission tool. It didn't work out very well of course... i'd stay away from any kinda automatic stuffs

I've always used SubmitEaze; however it isn't free. Their new turbo submitter is pretty fast; you can do about 200 directories an hour.
