Suggestion A Direct Email To Moderators Or Support

    I am having a weird issue right now whereby it shows that I am an active member instead of showing that I am a premium member.

    Is this an issue with the forums today or am I new to a change made today or am I penalized for something.

    Is it possible to have an email or a ticket-like support system where I can get answers to such questions?

    Also, if there is already such an email or support system in place then could a link to it be added in a prominent place so as to find it quickly enough.

    I have a 3 months Premium membership currently active. Was renewed just last month for another 3 months. So that is not the issue.

    Use the contact us link at the bottom of this page to contact digitalpoint who will be the one to look into this issue, or wait for him to come online this morning and respond to this thread. At this time I suggest you just wait.

    Not at all. Questions and comments are always welcome. If you have a problem always feel free to contact a moderator by starting a conversation with one of us. In this case, our admin digitalpoint, is the only one who has the ability to look into your concern, hence my recommendation to use the contact link or wait for him to come online.
