from being very useful to me when solved ;)
Now, using tools like xenu and all that we are able to find the broken links in
our site. But my problem is i need to know all the locations in my site where
such broken links are located. Is there any tool that would od this. Or does
anyone know a solution to this problem.

I was about to post the same reply - I'm confused by the question.

Are you asking how to do a mass replace or delete once you've found a broken link repeated several times on your site?

If so, you can do this in both Dreamweaver and FrontPage.

Or, for a standalone freeware utility, try BK Replacem.

    Hi
Xenu provides the solution and its true that dreamweaver also works but the site is very huge. So xenu is not able to process the whole site...So still looking for ways to delete once i've found a broken link repeated several times on my site.
    Thanks buddies for your views

If you know the bad URL, can you not use DW or FP to do a sitewide search and replace?

Or if for some reason that fails, did you try this on the local copy of your site?
