A couple of quick questions

    Hello all,

I am a new member in this forum and I would hate to put my account in any risk since I am a legitimate domainer and I plan to stay here for a while.

Thus, I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask.

    1) I have made a thread in my efforts to sale a few domains. I have received many offers on these domains and I would like to make a post stating the offers that I have received. Is that allowed? I hope it is, because it would only save everyone's time - no point in users sending me offers lower than the ones I already have and no point in me wasting time to go through these offers.

    2) I bought a domain through someone's thread and I would like to know if I need to post "SOLD" on his thread in order to receive iTrader for my purchase. If so, when we make a sale solely through PMs, do we need to create threads so that the sale is made public and giving an iTrader is allowed?

I am sure that many more questions will come up soon but for now these two will do.

P.S. I hope I posted this thread in the correct section! I truly do believe that the Suggestions & Feedback is the BEST section for it since admins go through it regularly.

    Thanks!

    1) First ask those users to make their bids public. If they won't, we do understand that sometimes private bids come in (I've sold several sites here that way myself) and that sometimes bids are accepted at more than one place (like allowing bids on DP as well as another forum). But if it looks suspicious to us in in any way (as in you mysteriously get a lot of private bids, or they seem to show up when your threads drops in the rankings), you may get hit with bumping infractions. It's at the discretion of the moderator looking into it based on the specifics of the situations.

    2) You do not have to post SOLD to leave iTrader. You just had to take part in the deal where a thread existed, and one of you had to be the the OP of the original thread.
