A couple of quick jobs

I need someone to help me fix two little problems, and i need it done pretty fast.

For someone that knows what they are doing, I am sure they are pretty easy jobs to fix.

First one is here: http://www.picsmart.net/upload.php

When someone uploads something they get a whole string of error messages pop up at the top.

The other one is on http://www.filesmart.net - when you upload a file my upload bar gets an error.

Can someone help me out?

The error in the first one is pretty obvious while i cant seem to see in the error in the second one, however i can probably help you with this

..second one is a javascript error
