A\Copyrighted Embedding with Adsense

    I've been noticing some sites that stream TV shows like Simpsons embedd their videos but still use adsense coding. Won't they get banned?

    They should get banned in my opinion, since the content they have on their website is not theirs... but I still think it's okay to have websites like that. Read through the Google AdSense TOS for more information on whether you're allowed to display Google Ads near things like that.

    They should, there not offering original content, just coping/displaying others peoples vids/content. I agree with Sweely.

    They dont banned coz of Millions of sites in world are using COPY paste working like copy the info from other sites thats y .. some of have their own Content

    Your not getting my point ppl :p I mean they are trying to profit from adsense ads from copyrighted content. Isn't there something in the TOS that blocks that. One example is watch-south-park-online(DOT)com they are embedding copyrighted content. Isn't that against the TOS? btw that is not my website... I am currently making my own TV episodes site so that is why I'm asking.
