A contact form for my website

I need a contact form for my website. The site is being built in html, so I can't take the shortcut and use a Wordpress plugin.

I need some advice on how to put a contact form on my site without too much trouble.

I am not very good at coding, so talk slowly, if you need to explain some coding to me.
