Google sees them as two different URLs. Use a 301 redirect of one to the other. Most people link with the www so I would redirect mysite.com to *www.mysite.com.

    thanks for your tip.
    so , in my case , mysite.com has PR 3 , and www.mysite.com has PR 0.
how do I check that if thats real PR , because somewhere I have read that PR can be tricked!!

I am not sure how to determine that. If I was going to try to fake a pagerank I would set my sights higher than pagerank 3. One way to fake, I believe, is to do a 302 redirect. A server header check will show a 302 redirect. Here is one checker http://www.seoconsultants.com/tools/headers.asp

I do not know all ways of faking pagerank.

If I was looking for fake pagerank I would look for backlinks on MSN, Yahoo, nd Google. I would also use waybackmachine and a whois service to check age of site.
