I have just launched a new section on my site which is about complaint. this complaint section is on sub domain main site is well targeted on Customer Satisfaction Service. New site run on concept of happy and unhappy customer. if you are a happy customer you can write appreciation for the good service providing company or business. On the other hand if you are unhappy customer you can post a complaint to bad service providing company or business. Complaint section is currently running I Would like you people to have a look and give some feedback.
Unhappy Customers We need to share information about companies that ill-treat its customers with each other so that we refrain from doing business with such companies u wrote that on the website so an we complain about anything and what proof u want to accept the complian

Now I tell you about the site Any person who is not satisfied with any kind of service, product or business management which deals with customer can complain on our complaint site You should must have good reason to complaint and better some proof to prove your words. We generally not require any kind of proof but the complaint must be genuine. We also forward complaints to respective company that they can have a look what there customer are saying about there service and product and this will also help there problem to resolve. In short we will approve complaint which look genuine and does not contain hate words.

Hello im.imrankhan, I had a chance to review the complaint page of your sub-site. My Thoughts: Content I felt the content was a bit wordy and could be simplified so that you don't lose your site visitors to quickly. Especially with all the options that you provide for visitors, it would be good to make it easier to understand what you are providing. I realize that maybe you are trying to use key words on this page but maybe it won't receive the function that it requires with all those words. Site Layout Your layout could use some adjustments to use unused space efficiently and maximize design. Complaints and Appreciation Search Engine I realize that you may have put a lot into the current search engines. But, could they be made as one search engine with radial buttons to choose complaints or appreciations on your site? I hope that helps. Respects, Lhlalyam
Couple of my thoughts Why is the font-size so small. I don't understand why people make text that small. It puts me off reading and I tend to ignore small text rather than alter text size in my browser The header is massive! Does it need to be so big? Depending on how many browser toolbars I have up it pushes your search boxes under the e-fold. Think you could do with the header being smaller in order to get the focus back onto those boxes I do quite like the header, but it is usability no-go. The moving images are distracting. what you want is for people to be able to concentrate on your content The smiley face buttons are cool, and nice straightforward call to actions Their position at the side of the main content means that they produce a lot of white space above (in (firefox 2 at least). I think they should be more prominent, maybe even above the search boxes
but i dont think any one will listen to complain forwarded to them , they dont listen to vips and regular customer is insects for them
Nice site, decent layout, except that header is just a bit large taking away valuable space. suggest you resize the header !

Lhlalyam I will use your tips to improve site appearance But I can not change search options because they a are based on theme. I will try to use that empty space. john_logic You are right that header is big but I will give a thought. The page layout, formatting and text size suggestion are right I will try to get them right too. jenniferavailable Companies will listen to it and that is what I want to do I want people to come together so that they can get justice its a small step towards it.

I'd think about simplifying the home page to have simple graphics that call the reader to action. Less text, more graphics, make the reader interact, quickly and easily. In ten words reading he should know the meaning of your site and be ready to click on a graphic.
What kind of error you got please give some info I will resolve it I want my site to function properly.
Hi friends I have made some change to my complaint site. I have changed the look of Front page. I have used images to make complaint and appreciation look attractive and also the search option instead of those simple back ground. I have changed the font and alignment of page. I have filled the white space with some information so It looks better now Please have a look on the site and give your suggestions.
nice idea, good use of layout and colors. The header seems a little large for my tastes, but that my just be a personal issue. Good work, and best of luck with the site in the future!
