A combined (Twitter and Facebook) Social follow buttons?

Only thing I don't know how to group them in one only html code and link them to my facebook/linkedin account. I'm a dummy developer (just starting out...)

 

I'm not sure I understand what exactly you want. Do you want to merge two icons to have them as one graphic? You can do that using photoshop. Or you want them to be separate images but use a single code on both?
