Buying A coder to code a small program

Hello.....

I need a coder to code a small program..

The thing needed to be done is ,
The program should open a file in .txt (eg : vouchers.txt)
it will be like

voucher1
voucher2
voucher3
voucher4
voucher5

So it should take voucher one by one and use it on a site and if it says voucher workin then put in working file
If says voucher expired then in expired file
and if it says invalid then in invalid file...

The url of the site where it needs to work will be given on assigning the job.
