A CMS for a rating website ?

    I want to establish a rating website such as current extistent sites for rating hotels and etc. But i want to use it in my own language (non-English) and i want to have a website for rating proffessors. Please let me know for any possible options.

    WordPress, I have created custom themes for rating and review and WordPress is a multilanguage cms.

    You can go for Wordpress. The Gstar rating plugin is good and there are few multi lingual plugins as well.

    I would also vote for wordpress which is simple, you can also consider joomla which is little more complex.
