    its not fair to give a refund.. you didnt do anything wrong, and this situation is 100% in his favor, if he is really rude and keep asking for a refund and if it was my directory, i'll give him this refund then keep this page, replace his url with his competitor's url, and then he will comeback to me beggin me to take his money again, but am not sure if i will ;)

    Situations like this provide me with an opportunity to review our guidelines and policies and make some adjustments rearding these circumstances. It's a good chance to revise existing policy so that there is one in place should the problem arise again.

    Well I can say this is probably the stupidest directory refund request I have heard.
    You can try to change the listing to not rank, but it’s really stupid.
    If you removed the listing don’t refund, it’s to stupid.

    this is one of my worst fears, particulary if the site has been built by a dummy, the link might outrank the site. The changing of link keyword seems to be a sensible way of sorting it out. I offer links for free on my directory, so I hope no one complains. :confused:
