Is it necessary for an e-cig. site to be 18+? It's not a requirement, at least I don't think it is. Get rid of that popup.

The design is fine, but I am not sure if I like your footer. To much going on there. Just make it a solid #333333 with a #FFFFFF text:

It's a good question. There's a certain standard that everyone follows when it comes to merchant websites / online stores. You should look around and get a feel for what looks trustworthy and what doesn't.

Compared to this site: https://www.vapes.com/collections/ecigs your design is a step down. You may want to consider making your site look like a standard online store.

That looks better to me. One more thing. If the client insists on having that popup, at least, make the background transparent so that visitors could see the website behind it. When it's all black nobody will know what the site is all about.
