    Hi All,

After my first sale yesturday I was more than excited to visit my bank and ask about depositing cheques.

Just wondered if any other UK clickbank users deposit theirs easily? Barcalys said ive gotta send off forms here and there and post the check to some processing company etc, all because it comes in USD, not GBP.

Is there not an easy way?

    Ashley

Hmm, that doesn't sound right at all as I deposited a USD cheque into my account (at a barclays branch). I did have to fill in a couple of forms (mainly just requiring my signature)... but the bank then do the cheque processing and clearing.

They were probably explaining the procedure the cheque needs to go through - but I definitely never had to send off any forms anywhere.

Thats odd. I didn't think it would matter. Can't you get a bank transfer from clickbank?

Thanks guys. No as its going to be my first cheque, unless if i emailed CB they would maybe pass the 3 cheque rule?

I got a form from barclays.. its just called - Cheque Collection and Negotiation Formset.

I'd scan to show you but dont have a scanner!

Maybe the guy didn't understand what i meant?

    Just made another sale woowoo

Congratz on the sale... and it is probably better to just wait and receive your first cheque from clickbank and then bring the cheque into the bank and present it.

At that stage, they will know exactly what you want to do and would be able to do it for you (it might also depend on the branch... as some branches may not be able to do the processing themselves and may have to send it off etc).

    Thanks.

At least now I know you've managed to do it, so the forms aren't just the only option.

    Thanks again for your help!

    Try another branch.

All you have to do is to sign a foreign check form, after the employee has filled in all the details from the check.

That's how it works in Barclays.
