LMAO! reminds me of a namecheap live chat where the lady could not answer a single question i asked her, she was completely clueless to anything there, its like they threw me in a chat room with a kindergardener. why do hosting companies get people to do live chat that have absolutely ZERO knowledge of hosting?
same thing happens with me in godaddy.com.... godaddy's staff claim they are highly skilled and yet they are too stupid to open a JPG image.... and also they are too supid to compair the paypal email... and suspend account just for upgrade of my paypal to busniess and they thought i used someone elses paypal because my busniess name is showing on there side... i think 90% hosting companies hire cheap, uneducated staff memebers to save money.... i have tired several hosting companies but out of all, the best one is Neo-Hosts because i never had any problem with this hosting company... even if i dont send payment, they dont suspend my account.... last time i didn't pay them for one year and my site is still running... i am still paying my last year bills... even they give me free brandwidth when i run out of bw.... this is the best hosting company i have ever found because they never bother even if i dont send payment... i been there customer from 4 years now and i dont have any plans to drop then ever....

If you are having 'real' problems, why the hell are you using chat support? These chat reps are like 13 year old kids from Indonesia that don't know anything about hosting. Just give them a call, you can get things fixed a lot quicker.
