Hi Guys I have spent a long time trying to get our site ranked and indexed etc.. constantly changing the site. I have over 13,000 pages in Google indexed and rank ok, but never too great for generic keyword such as 'tv brackets' 'tv bracket' 'plasma tv brackets' etc The strange thing is that we have a PR of 4 and seem alot more optimised than a competitor who has a PR3 and ranks for almost all our dream keywords!! if you type in google tv brackets or any other search related to tv brackets you can think of, most of the time you will see our competitors site ((spelt backwards) www.kustekcarb.com). -- my site is (speltbackwards www.tnuomoked.co.uk) If someone can really look into this deeply for me I would be willing to pay Thanks

Before discuss your solution i would like to mention one important thing is that, PR is not everything. So, you cant compare only pr with your competitor's site. one more thing, your domain is .co.uk where as your competitor's domain is .com it may also affect your ranking. Yes, I have realised that PR doesnt directly affect rankings but I thought I would point out that our PR is higher. Also we moved to a UK domain as .com just wouldnt seem to rank us on the 'search uk pages' option under google.co.uk -- as soon as we changed we experienced an amazing difference and now rank much better than we did for UK searches than when we were on a .com Look forward to your help

All that is important is that we come up for 'TV bracket' 'TV brackets' and similar keywords particularly searched on Google.co.uk. We are listed in .co.uk and appear already for that target market so all that it leaves is finding a way to rank as well as the competitor listed in my first above post - maybe by discovering what is so special about them. jg_abad, I know you are trying to help but I find my requirement quite specialist and wouldnt want to take anything further unless I can see some clear definite juice/knowledge regarding my issue.
My dear Friend Well I am back with the my said challenge and I am with full proof results as below First thing is that you can beat your competitor because of following things 1) "www.braketsuk.com" your competitor - Google Index = 73 - google backlink = 102 - yahoo index = 127 - yahoo backlink = 46027 - Dmoz = listed - rank = 3 - Since = 13/01/06 2) "www.dekomount.co.uk" you - Google Index = 12900 - google backlink = 164 - yahoo index = 1411 - yahoo backlink = 3879 - Dmoz = no - rank = 4 - Since = 07/04/06 Now my reply is that obviously your competitor is far better in backlink though google is showing very few backinks of it this does not mean he does not have backlinks and you should know that actual backlinks are show by yahoo not google google on show few samples right ?
