    I think you need a bit more text on the home page before the hard sales pitch. The "1,2,3" area should come down on the page a bit so you can lead the new user there more effectively. Also, increase your text size, as it's a bit small and gets lost.

    Very clear what you're offering and very clear instructions on what to do. The site just seems a bit 'busy' to me. Like the prominent telephone number though, gives credibility to your site and reassurance to users.
