Actually, I've noticed that digital goods can be refunded. I've had to do this when the product stated was not the product I got. I think it just depends on your dispute. :)

dude, buyer always gets the refund for digital goods, not the seller.

The thread opener is a seller.

PayPal pays diligent attention to valid disputes. Just provide the proofs and you'll be fine. :)

Yes sure, Play safe and you are safe. If you have valid documentation to validate your claim. Then buyer can also be in trouble sooner or later.

I have a verified Premier paypal account.

An unverified smart*ss reversed the payment on a digital down-loadable item which i sell via e-junkie. I gave them the copy of "Successful sale" email from e-junkie, which is the only proof i had.

But just after 10 days they refunded the buyer !!

Guys! Read PayPal's TOS. I have been a PayPal member for 10 years. Digital goods are NOT covered under their dispute process. The buyer can initiate a claim and it will ALWAYS be denied (no matter what.)

Trust me, I've been burned many, many times by sellers that hover under the radar with this loophole.

Don't worry, just be patient and PayPal will side with you.
