A prospective business proposal and hiring. Hi Designers and coders! Let me introduce myself first. I am Mohammed Jinnah.Just migrated from Bangladesh to new york. In Bangladesh I was working as a Co-coordinator in a project management firm. But I always have e keen interest on web technology and I developed myself in IT. So Along with my regular job I was doing some freelancing work around the globe. I came to N.Y just 2 months ago. I have just joined in staples.inc. and doing little freelancing works online. But here I have less time to do those time consuming designs and codes. An idea clicked in my brain. As I am a good organizer and know how to promote so I, along with other serious people could start a business. i see many local projects here. By this time I ve visited some web-designing firms. Everyday i see many adds in the local newspaper and local sites seeking designers for their projects. It could be very good business opportunity. Some more talks: I want to form a company which will have a very strong online portfolio.Basically I am an armature level IT personal who is " jacks of all master of none " But I know the promotion. I know photoshop, Illustrator, flash, dreamweaver, html CSS, joomla, little PHP , some SEO and so on. Though I am not expert in all of those but I understand them well and I am familiar with latest development of the web and no problem to convince clients that I am expert and I have professional people. What people want here are : The company or company's representative must be available locally. Company should have a strong portfolio. Competitive price. Thats it!! Proposal to you: Before giving you the proposal let me assure you again that I am very serious and i must do it. If i don't get any partner here I will get them from another source. My plan is to form a strong team of designers and coders. there is no geographical barrier. If you meet my requirements you could join. Requirements: You should be very hardworking, sincere, creative and punctual. You must understand standard English, so that you can understand customers demand. Sometimes you may communicate to the customers directly as you are not employee , you are a part of the company. you should have very strong command on any of the following tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash with basic action scripting, Adobe Indesign, Dreamweaver, clean and professional hand coding of html, css php java script and ajax, CMS ( joomla or Drupal) and standard knowledge on more 2 or 3 categories. Please note that here strong command means expert. It will be great if you could show your online portfolio and send me few raw files I ask for.This is just for verification of authenticity. I may ask you to do 1/2 test designs. You should have high speed internet connection and must be available in phone or net. Great! Right now I want a small but strong team who covers almost every part of the requirement i stated earlier. The team members will know each other. this is very impotent as sometimes everyone may take part to do a whole project. When the team is formed everyone will get everyone's details. You will be paid when any specific project is done. That is 75% of the payment. from remaining 25% I will take 15% and 10% for the development of the company. When the team is formed I will give any of you the 1st project of making company's site. But if you are not selected please cooperate the selected one. I will pay for it. Once the site is launched we are done. i am confident that we will be getting the project from the very next week of the site launch. I know we will do well.
