Greetings After a long time thinking about joomla vs drupal i decided that Drupal is the better choice since of a few thinks i like but there are of course some i dont like... I have quite a few problems with it and i hope you can help me 1) I want to use lightbox on my site,i made it work with FCK by adding classes into the advanced field the problem is i get a border around the image when i hover with the mouse over it and that looks like this http://www.lekcija.net/stranice/example it works fine with border 0 if i use align left, but with anything else i get these and they really annoy me 2)I dont like the Drupal search module, are there any alternatives to it...i setup a cron job in cpanel every 1 hour...but i just dont like the idea that i have to cron the site for the search to work... 3)I also have a problem with lightbox besides the blue border... When a image is enlarged i get vertical scrollers http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1688191/Archive/width.png They also annoy me and i need a way to get rid of them.. 4)Can the secondary menus be configured so they are page specific... like at this site for example (namecheap) When i am at the home page it only shows one menu but when i go to Register a domain for example i get another menu under it can this be done in Drupal ? 5)My site will have a news section and i want when people open a article that they have something like "todays news" or "yesterday news" and "similar news" i am almost sure this can be done with the help of views and panels but i dont know how... 6)I want to remove the time and autor on page and book but leave the time on blog and story (but not the autor) 7)Front-page SEO I use the views frontpage because somewhere i read that it isnt good using the default node because of SEO The problem i see here is that i want the description to be what i want (i use nodewords for fronpage but is that enough),i dont want that the desctiption on google shows something random (because the content on the frontpage will be changed all the time) 8)can some of you guys show me their Drupal back-end i dont know why but i dont like drupals back-end at all...Joomla is much better here, but well it should be functional not fashionable...
#8 I use the administration menu module, I can't do anymore drupal site without it, after activated, drupal back end is ok!
