    i want to start blogging on blogspot .. can ne 1 tell me whether i can i upload custom themes and apply them to my blog ??
    i dont want to do any upgradation . so does blogspot allow this this?

    Yep, you can upload your own template to blogger
    And yep (again), blogger does allow adsense

    Blogger will actually install adsense for you, since they're owned by google.

    You can upload custom themes (if you know how to do it, which I don't), but you can't take away the little Blogspot banner from the top of the front page of your blog. Well, you can, but not within their terms of service and they can delete your blog if they notice that you have done. But in any case, your own hosted site is a much better place to keep a Blogger blog, you know? That way you own it yourself and you don't have to worry about their terms of service at all. Not free, of course; but very much safer in the long run!
