You can enable java scripts on your blogs. Search on Google for the code. Once you do that, he can't copy the contents.

 

If the post is being copied after your post is indexed, then theres nothing to worry about.

maybe you could flag his blog and u should try adding plugins which doesnt allow user to select any content like the way lyrics sites have

I would like to suggest you to contact the loser via mail,
Warn him that you are going to contact blogger as well as google.
I think he will understand by this only and will remove the contents or will have a link to yours blog.

 

But he is not giving any credits in posts and also removes my links from posts.

 

It should be a good thing for you if someone is doing that. Do you write and publish articles? are you not happy when your article is picked up and published on a website or blog? that is more backlinks. it is the same with your post

First you can catch the blogger copying and ask him to remove it or put a backlink to your site as per your wish else you can file DMCA(Digital Millenium Copyright Act) violation in google... It's according to your wish only...
