Personal data is property. Whether you're a business person with an address book filled with high profile contacts, a celebrity, or John Doe it's still private information. It's still theft.

Yup, I understand it's not a brute force hack or as bad hack, but I was concerning the effects it brought. Paris's nude pics were spreading all around in the Internet, and I have seen some of it.
This is reminicent of Mitnick. I agree that 11 months was harsh. It would have been better to work towards his rehabilitation by addressing his ethical shortcomings in a different way. Background probably came into play, as did the high profile of the case. In a high profile case, you are unlikely to see a merciful sentence without an appeal or a public outcry. Oh the things I did when I was 17... but the difference was that I was smart enough to not get caught.
