a big company with 12 hour working time and a self-running career, which do you prefe

    I dont know what will I get when I leave this company at my 65 years old when tired
    maybe just a list of memory of hard working but only these memory
    although this company give me good salary
    but if self-running a company
    I need facing a lot of risk

    I think most of us in this forums are self-running
    how will you make your first buttule of golden to make you belive you can self-running
    y, 　 I need some prove to give me
    I really dont wanna reallizing the boss's goal and leave mine behind
