I also wouldn't have thought 'Myspace Graphic' would be a particualy competitive keyword. I'd guess most people are targeting the plural 'Myspace Graphics'

BigPhill is reight though, it's because they've deliberately targeted the term.

I have seen it previously also for some other terms (once even for my own site's "site:" command. Thats a gotcha.

i was on top for that word
    but not now

    No regrets tho

I know how to beat them;)

    Just wondering :D

Google should be changing its algos now for sure, other wise all giant firms will target all popular names/keywords despite their relevancy

    Nice catch guest!
But i wonder what made it come to the top for something unrelated..

The site even donot contain any keyword of "myspace graphic". That site must be jumping the Google logic and coming over top 1

Let me work on that to fix it up :D kidding!

No, there are other factors, but in my experience the biggest factors by far are backlinks from on-topic pages and a good trustrank of the site.

    Yes massive

yep abhi, considering other factors in to consideration.

I have observed some strange results for different themes.

some (sites) got great positions for some themes with not much work for backlinks;) for good competitive words.
