    Hello,

i get my account Hold on alertpay,

Reason : received a high Chargeback transsaction

i own 1000+ on alertpay, all are hold now,

they told me to provide documents, i did ,

and now they told me to tell your customers that paid you by alertpay, your current customers to verify their accounts, by adding a credit card ect....

i did contact my customers one by one,

but my customers wont confirm they alertpay accounts, they told me that we do not want to use alertpay anymore, we do not have to do this,

Please Help, how to resolve my problem, ?? alertpay told me that you need to get your customers account, confirmed by a credit card, but they wont confirm their accounts,

How to get my funds back Please is there in solution to deal with the alertpay ?

    Best Rebards,

That's pretty immature to tell your customer's to verify your AP. I suggest you saying that you can't contact all of your customer's and you can tell them that you can get them your Driving License or such thing to prove that you're legit.

    AlertPay is worse than PayPal.

I was too banned for no reason, i had hundreds of dollars. They refused to release because of "a suspicious transaction"

    It's terrible, alertpay suxx!!!
