My website has visitors from many countries. Following are the top countries: 1. India 2. Pakistan 3. USA 4. UK 5. Australia 6. UAE I want to add Adsense referral ads at the site. As you know, there are different referral products for visitors of different countries (some products are common too). I will be targeting only these 6 countries only. I added two products from each country and Adsense generated the code for those 12 products. I added the code on my site. Please tell me if it is the correct way to do that. If the visitor is from India, he will see ads for India only or he may see other ads too (like an ad that was for Australia only) and if than Indian signs up on that Australian ad, I will get nothing? Secondly, what if the visitor is from any other country (like Mexico). Which ads will be shown to him? Thanks
One thing more. Can we use Google's referral products as alternative URL for Adsense? I mean, if adsense ads are not available, then show referral ads
Yeah! you can choose Referals products instead of Regular Ads! but i experienced most of times Referals pays higher for choosing USA as Default countries. Infact earnings alos differ region by region
I have a site running Google referrals that is getting traffic about 80% from USA and another ~20% from India & Pakistan. I noticed when I look at the ad stats, the referral ad I selected doesn't show up all of the time and it automatically shows ads targetted for India & Pakistan even though I never selected them. So it seems like Google automatically adjusts this, the only problem is that those referral programs don't quite match the theme of the site as well as the one I picked so I've only made any money off U.S. referrals.
