    Well I was using backlinkwatch previously now I try to find backlinks manually using query "domain.com" -site:domain.com

    as well, both are great. With siteexplorer you can see your backlinks faster then backlinkwatch; both provide detailed reports.
    Personally I use both to compare my results.
