A Back Link Directory for Sale

    I am selling this directory as I am moving on to other things and I already have a couple
    others I am going to keep.

    This directory has a custom template using Esyndicat V 1.2. I have been given permission from the scripts creator to sell this directory. As part of the purchase price
    $49 gets put towards a single license for the new owner. This will allow the new owner
    access to the Pro Forums at Esyndicat as well as the updates.

    There are 1400 + links in this directory. Since going paid, very little submissions (5-20 per month). Minimal monies earned through paid option. Adsense is not used in this directory, but can be added.

    Only one featured listing must stay until 10/3/07. The rest of the featured listings were done using the reciprocal = featured option. The sponsored listings on the main page can be removed as can any footer links.

    For promotion I purchased a submission service from a member here at DP, which was 300 PR 5 + submissions to directories. I also submitted to numerous directories.

    Page Rank = 0

    Starting bid $100 ($51 for the directory plus custom template and logo, $49 for new license)

    The winner of this auction has up to 10 days to move the site to their own hosting. I will give CPanel and Ftp login information once payment is received and verified.
