    You can submit an article to as many article directories as you want.

    Yes and no...... submitting it to multiple directories does work, but it is duplicate content.... it's kind of weird, but even if u submit to one directory, it's with the hopes of people liking it and redistributing it with your backlink in there.... either way is duplicate content... so submit to multiple directories.
