A 1 hour contest - Change my logo into favicon

Hi,
I believe I already have a vectorised logo. It is saved in adobe illustrator format though which I do not have.
Can someone resize this to 16by16 using this program so it looks half decent.

The prize is satisfaction of being the first one to do it. Pride. Feeling good about yourself and all that stuff.

I will through in a quick review or a vote from me if you need one.

heee. I don't have adobe illustrator. I tested with photoshop.
But I can't open my edited .ai file myself.
