__Keyword Density?.. How many times?

On a typical content page(which is an article on my chosen keyword) which has an article of 500 words, How much should i include the keyword on that webpage, in the article (%) ?

Considering that..I have already included the keyword in THIS webpages'...

-H1 tag,
-H2 tag,
-Keyword Tag,
-Description tag,
-end of web page,
-and 2 other sentences

that is 6 times I have included my keyword already,WITHOUT including it in the article..

How many times approximiatly should i include the keyword in the 500 word article considering I have used it 6 times allready optimzing the page?

Their is no real set pattern, the best advice i can give to you is start with 1 - 2 of each and see how you index, then you will sort of know which way to go with each.

I generally use:

2 H1 Tags
1 H2 Tag
Multiple Keywords In My Keyword Tag
I write a sentance containing some keywords I want to rank in for the description.
At the end of the webpage I put my copyright with link.

 

My advice to you would be to look up the density of the top ranking site for this keyword, and try to mimic that.

 

I would not do that, the may not know anything about SEO and just got lucky, a lot of people fall for that and they may rank ok, but ranking top is what matters!

 

i think average 3-5% keyword density is fine

I try to maintain the keyword density from 2%-4%. I use this keyword density analyzer.

 

body of the article should have 3-4% keyword density.
place keywords in H1 tags without making it spammy.
