i m shocked of bad services
the server gone for days..
no response from support from 7 days until today!

I am not saying that you are lying maybe you are right.But getting money back is not hard if you paid via paypal or any secure payment wallet..and you also replied after almost 1 year..:/

You should have checked them out first, obviously you did not. Then if you still wanted to take a chance you should have paid for a month, to see what kind of service they provided.
