    Maybe he's just starting up, that's why his website is still under construction.

    But of course, just maybe.

    The only thing to do is to try, maybe with a not so important website, for a little while, and see how it goes. Again, no guarantee, but it gives you some idea.

Ohh and im sorry but so far i have gotten about 20 questions about the server and sites not working because the eather did not edit the nameservers for the domain or simple solutions like that. I have answered each one as fast as i can so when you come and make a claim like that that isn't even true you really do make yourself look stupid.
