    second - $46 kinda still sucked
    third - $168 openeed a new site and joined up here

    Looks like cheating the system and surely google won't like it but it seems to me that it's in the gray area and not completely over the border so... don't know. But I'd not risk it in your place for some 100$ since you might in the worst case lose both accounts and I'm sure you don't want that. Just find other people to refer:) (I know it's not easy)
