yes, Its hard to use with HELM, and no specific support replied, even we want to see the server specs and status server, we cannot include in our monitoring services. Maybe PLesk is better,
HELM is as simple as any other control panel. It is only 2 step to create your own plans - first create a 'plan template' by clicking 'add plan template' then create your 'plan' by clicking 'add plan'. Each page on HELM 4 has instructions on the top. To create a client account click 'add customer'. Anything simpler than this? Best regards, Toniya
I was troubled now to login in client area. Maybe you delete my account. So i post here my msgs instead in the client area. By they way, the issue is, I ask help to delete the created Template, becuase i cannot delete it. And about the help, I ask you a little help, to create initial plan. Thats the only i ask you. because i dont know what is the use of template, and package. Even i cannot set the account features, like web space, bandwidth etc.. If you want to help your customers, and specially to my cases, i will continue my hosting now.
1, Yes, your account is terminated as invoice was due for more than 3 days as per our ToS. Not only this you paid partially last month and balance was still not paid. 2. Support created a 'plan template' for you when you requested. Support created a 'plan' with the specifications provided by you. support deleted the plan because plan template cannot be deleted if you have a plan. Lastly 'plan template was also deleted as you requested. 'Plan template' is to organise plans in one umbrella. Plan creation has 2 combined steps in HELM - first page is to create your plan and then featres on next page. Anyway, as you do not have money to continue there is no pint to discuss all this stuff here.
