Contest $95 Design Mobile App Contest (48 hours)

This contest is to design 19 screens for a mobile app. The app is called Pic Play, it's a social game where users compete for the best caption to a photo that their friend posts (high schoolers is the target audience).

For the first step in the contest I only need three screens to be designed (not developed). The winner of this contest will be paid $25 for the first three screens. The Winner will be paid the rest of the money ($125) after the other 16 screens are designed.

All questions and submissions must be submitted through the thread. I will not take any PM-ed designs or questions.

** I want the design really clean looking with hints of flare (bright colors). Fonts/icons should be simple and clean. BE CREATIVE!

You are designing the screens only, NOT the phone. It is important the the designs are created as PSDs for retina iPhone screens.

Yea, you're paying less than 10$ per screen design. On other contest platform you can get over 300$ for 4 screens.

 

The screens are very easy and quick to design, a lot of the screen use the same features with very small changes. The three screens that I posted are my most difficult screens and every other screen looks very similar to these.

Thank you for your submission, I like the simplicity. I'd like to see a few changes:

1. try a smaller, more bolded font
2. change the color of the "Start New Game button" (maybe a cool looking green)
3. Center the title of the page "Games"

Thank you for the changes you've made. Here is my feedback:

1. The colors are too feminine. The app is for boy and girls. Less use of pink and a different blue.
2. Make the text/icons a bit smaller,
3. Try rearranging a few things (ex: the heart smaller and on the right side of the caption). And add more content to the screens (ex: add a picture and instead of just writing "Caption", write out an actual caption to the photo).

These changes will help me see what your design will look like in actual game play.
